Mission and Values
Toastmasters International's mission is to empower individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders. It is the mission of the District in particular to build new clubs and support all clubs in achieving excellence.
In turn, the mission of the clubs we support is to provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.
